Jeff Bezos is everything Trump seems to wish he were: an actual no-fibs billionaire, a man handling hair loss gracefully, and the smart, profitable kind of evil instead of a malevolent dotard. The pair has feuded via Twitter, and Amazon selecting Trump’s doorsteps for its two new headquarters looked a bit like another jab in this billionaire brawl. So on the latest episode of Saturday Night Live, host Steve Carell impersonated Bezos and announced some new, Trump-aimed Amazon projects.

“Some folks have speculated that I was somehow trolling President Trump by building one headquarters in his hometown of Queens and the other in his current residence of Washington DC, thereby overshadowing or humiliating him,” said Carell. “But that’s simply not true. Sure, he attacked me repeatedly on Twitter. But I chose our new locations because they were ideal for growing business. Not just to make Donald Trump think about how I’m literally a hundred times richer than he is.”
Throughout the video, Carell walks past pictures designed to get under the president’s skin, including a trio of portraits depicting Bezos palling around with Trump’s buddies Kanye West, Kim Jong-un, and Vladimir Putin. Another is a picture of Nintendo’s Toad, the video game character that Stormy Daniels said resembled Trump’s penis.
In the sketch, Bezos promise to roll out some very pointed initiatives, like creating a satellite office “across the street from Mar-a-Lago,” and rolling out “Amazon Caravan.”
“Any package going to any Trump building will get delivered by hundreds of Honduran and Mexican immigrants,” said Carell.
